Member may enter into correspondence or transactions with, or participate in contests and promotions of, Advertisers who promote their products and/or services via Doggiesite. Member acknowledges and agrees that any such correspondence, transaction or participation, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated therewith, are solely between Member and Advertiser. Doggiesite shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any such correspondence, transaction or participation.
