Gathering 2002 |
| Doggiesite, the online community for all dog lovers, is proud to present you The Doggiesite Gathering for the year
2002!
Schedule of activities:
4:00 - DS members arriving at Animal Resort, interaction time with
other members and dogs to discover the faces behind the nicks.
4:30 - Obedience demo, featuring some members of DS, see how well
trained their pooches are!
5:00 - Brushing teeth demo, conducted by our beloved member, Robee.
All are welcome to bring along your own toothbrush and hands-on with
your dog, with advice and tips from Robee.
5:30 - Show dog handling demo, demonstration by Mugen and Cloey,
with commentary from Olan. Find out if your dog can make it to the
show ring.
6:00 - Games and prizes to be won. Lucky draw for dogs. Games
include Fancy Dress, Longest Stay Dog and Musical Chair (or Dog
Race).
50 door gifts for first 50 members who arrive.
Use of Animal Resort:
Please bring along some small notes as we will be collecting
donations for the use of the Animal Resort.
Charity:
- Please bring along your old
leashes and collars and other dog accessories or food the you do
not want anymore. We will be collecting these items for the dog
rescue organizations.
- New rescue organization
Animal Lovers League will be there to do a membership drive and
educational talk on spaying/neutering. Please help support their
cause.
Things to note
- Protect your dog from ticks with
Frontline or other anti-tick medication.
- Keep your dog on leash at all times. You
will pay for the damages should your dog attack the free
roaming poultry. Dogs can only be off leash at the designated
gathering location at the back of the farm.
- No outside food is allowed.
- Bring poo bags to pick up after your dog.
- Bring drinking water for your dog.
